First up is a wonderful Tuscan appetizer, then you will move on to learning how to make homemade pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle or gnocchi and a delicious sauce to accompany it. From there, on to a main dish – perhaps a delightful roast with sage or a hearty stew depending on the season. The last dish you will prepare is a mouth-watering Tuscan dessert such as cantucci cookies dipped in Vin Santo. Not only will you get to enjoy a break mid-morning for some Italian bubbly but also a full sit down meal of all the delicious dishes you have created with your chef, paired with fantastic Italian fine wines.
