I recently took the Florence Market Walk & Pasta Cooking Class and it was an absolute delight! The class started with a guided tour of the local market, where we learned about the different types of ingredients used in traditional Italian cuisine. Our instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with a wealth of information about the history and culture of the region. After the market tour, we headed to the cooking school, where we were given a hands-on lesson on how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The instructor was patient and thorough, and made sure that everyone in the class was able to successfully complete the task.
