I recently took the Florence Market Walk & Pasta Cooking Class and it was an absolute delight! The class started with a guided tour of the local market, where we learned about the different types of ingredients used in traditional Italian cuisine. Our instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with a wealth of information about the history and culture of the region. After the market tour, we headed to the cooking school, where we were given a hands-on lesson on how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The instructor was patient and thorough, and made sure that everyone in the class was able to successfully complete the task.Jane, 41
