You will knead, roll and cut pasta such as tagliatelle or tagliolini and then experiment with different fillings and colors to make pasta such as ravioli, tortellini or cappelletti. I participated in the hand-made pasta course organized by MamaFlorence and was really satisfied with the experience. The lesson was given by an expert and very competent chef, who explained to us in a clear and detailed way the secrets to getting a perfect pasta. We learned how to prepare both fresh and stuffed pasta, using different types of flour and fillings. The practical part of the course was very fun and interactive, we worked in small groups and had the opportunity to put into practice what we had learned. At the end of the course, we were able to taste our creations along with a good wine and nice company.
