Our team-building “Pasta Master” at Mama Florence is a unique experience that will take you on a journey to discover the secrets of homemade pasta. In a cosy and fun atmosphere, you will test your culinary skills and collaborate with your colleagues to create delicious specialties.
Warm welcome: Upon arrival, the Mama Florence team will give you a warm welcome and form fun and competitive teams.
Pasta stations: Our facility is divided into several stations, each dedicated to a different type of pasta. An expert chef will guide you through the preparation of tortelli, pici, gnocchi and corzetti, revealing all the tricks of the trade.
Challenge against time: At each station, you will have a limited time to recreate the perfect pasta. Test your speed and precision and try to get the highest score!
Flexibility and fun: You can choose whether to tackle the trials as a team, in pairs or individually, making the activity even more dynamic and fun.
Declaration of winners: At the end of the challenges, the Mama Florence team will proclaim the winning team and award them with a special recognition. In case of a tie, pasta-themed questions will be asked to declare the overall winner.
Gourmet Lunch or Dinner: After much work, you will enjoy a delicious buffet dinner prepared by our chefs. You will taste appetizers, cold cuts, cheeses, pasta and desserts, all accompanied by two glasses of wine.
Pair your pasta creations with high-quality wines from Tuscan vineyards, or opt for a selection of beers.
Our pasta-master team building format is designed for maximum engagement without fatigue, typically lasting about 3 hours. This includes 2 hours of pasta preparation and 1 hour to enjoy your meal. Afterward, take the time to explore Florence and its stunning sights.
