• 250 g berries (any)
• 175 ml water
• 125 g sugar
• 1/2 a lemons’ juice
• In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Put it on the stove and whisk until it’s boiling and
leave the mixture on medium heat for a few more minutes.
• In the meantime blend the berries with the lemon juice.
• Once the berries are blended put them in a strainer and once they’re strained combine the
smooth berries with the syrup and remove from stove.
• Let the mixture cool.
• Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Let it churn for the necessary time.
• Serve and decorate with fresh fruits!
