Tuscan Involtini (Rollè)
Ingredients
Thin slices of meat (chicken or turkey or veal)
Smoked pork (or prosciutto crudo or ham)
Sliced cheese
Boiled spinach
Flour
White wine
Olive oil
Sage
Method
Beat the meat slices
Salt and roll with a slice of smoked pork, spinach and cheese.
Fold carefully and dust with flour, closing with a leaf of sage and a stick.
Place the rolls into a cooking pot together with extra virgin olive oil and a garlic clove and let cook about 10 minutes.
Let brown on both sides. Add white wine and let evaporate on low heat.
Serve hot.
